Golf Cart Lease Must be 16 to drive. One lease cart per membership — subject to available carts. $375 + $26.25 tax = $401.25 Trail Fee For carts stored at home. $150 + $10.50 tax = $160.50 Cart Barn Rental — Inside Stall $225 + $15.75 tax = $240.75 Cart Barn Rental — Outside Stall Renewal only.
